How do we reach the resort?
Fly to Lio airport in El Nido. Our boat meets you there and brings you to the resort in about 15 minutes. Tell us your flight number and we handle the rest.
When is the best time to visit?
December to May is dry season with calm seas. June to November brings short rains and lower prices. The island is beautiful all year.
Do you welcome children?
Yes. The Family House is made for families. Children under 12 stay free, and our team loves planning kid friendly island days.
What food do you serve for special diets?
Our kitchen cooks vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and halal meals every day. Tell us before you arrive and the chef will plan for you.
Is there wifi and phone signal?
Yes, fast satellite wifi in every villa and common area. Phone signal is good in most spots. If you want to disconnect, that also works well here.
How does payment work without online booking?
After we agree on your dates, we send a simple invoice. You pay a deposit by bank transfer or card link, and the rest when you arrive. Full terms are in our terms and conditions.
